Between Past and Present

Rant time over! I feel much better now. Mitch and I went out on a date yesterday. It’s been a while since we went out that early (2 pm LOL). Managed to pay her back for the cc purchase as well. I’m a bit short on workload since I’m still waiting for my onrpg bunch. It does get kind of boring whenever you tend to yearn for work and it’s not there.

When was the last time I had an anime marathon? In fact, when was the last time I actually watched an anime? Mitch and I bought a bunch of anime DVDs yesterday. It’s been a long time since I last watched  an anime series; and since I wasn’t feeling well at the moment, we figured that going home was the best option at hand. We started watching Detective Conan immediately after we got here. I wasn’t so enthusiastic about going to my family reunion so I decided to talk my way out of things. Resting at home with no intercom to bother you had to be one of the best things a “Kei” could ask for. Having the large amount of bass barge through my eardrum is nothing compared to the horrors of the ringing intercom.

I’m currently watching Soul Eater… Kinda funny how I ended up watching anime while yearning for work at the same time. I prolly wont get another chance to enjoy my solitude. Hope my parents fix their trip to Europe soon… a month without them should be most interesting… not to mention satisfying…
